Returns and Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident about your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in perfect condition, with original tags attached and in its original packaging. Items showing signs of use or damage will not be eligible for a refund.
If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos or videos as proof of the issue. After review and approval, we will offer a replacement or a refund.
Refunds are issued using the original payment method and may take 5 to 10 business days to be processed after approval. Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of confirmed defects.
